First of all, you need to research IRCC website not Canada visa forum. You need minimum one year continuous paid work experience in last 10 years at a job which is either NOC 0, A or B type. Gap between jobs or Gap after a job does not matter as long as it is within last 10 years

Skilled work experience
Skilled work experience means you’ve worked in 1 of these National Occupational Classification (NOC) job groups:
- Managerial jobs (skill type 0)
- Professional jobs (skill level A)
- Technical jobs and skilled trades (skill level B)
You must show that while working in your primary occupation you performed the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC. This includes all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.
Your skilled work experience must be:
- in the same type of job (have the same NOC) as the job you want to use for your immigration application (called your primary occupation)
- within the last 10 years
- paid work (This means you must have been paid wages or earned commission. Volunteer work or unpaid internships don’t count.)
- at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week). You can meet this in a few different ways:
- full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
- equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
- full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
For part-time work, you can work more or less than 15 hours/week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours.
We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.

The above mentioned requirements are for minimum entry criteria. You can claim maximum 6 years experience towards FSW eligibility minimum required 67 points out of 100 available points and you can claim maximum 3 years experience points towards Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Points. You can combine any number of Job experience to make up these 6 years FSW or 3 Years CRS experience points as long as you have minimum One year Continuous work experience in one of the Job which should be your Primary NOC.

You can combine your formal work experience and your self employment if you can prove them both. The following documents are required for proof of work experience.-

To prove each work experience claim and to validate that the applicant meets program requirements
Document requirements
- The personalized document checklist in applicants’ online account prompts the applicant with an upload field for each work experience declared.
- At the completeness check, the processing office determines only whether the required documents are included. The validity or fraudulence of the information is assessed only if and when the application is placed into processing.
The following documents are
mandatory for each work experience declared:
- a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
- should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
- should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
- if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).
If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).
