Dear Experts,
I have received my GCMS notes and this is the status:
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

I have few questions. What does it mean? which phase i am in now? Does it make sense to pass Criminality before Eligibility? Is it a good sign?
Also, i noticed that my spouse nationality is wrong. What action should i take to correct this?

I believe that all these are done in parallel now rather than in stages so criminality completing before eligibility makes sense.

For the correction, you can use the webform to bring it to their notice.

what do you mean? Have they not really started anything? What did they say about your work exp?

As i told you i am confused. Under eligibility, i found something scared me:
PNC Details: 1
Status: Cancelled

PNC Details: 2
Status: Nomination accepted.

And other details about the province and i really don't know what does it mean.

All other details after this has value (0) without any details.
Prov endorsement letter (0)
Language (0)
Education (0)
Job offer (0)

Then another section for EE Eligibility
ASSESSMENT 1
Status: Passed-Candidate
Status updated date: 05-09-2018 which is my submission date.

Can you help me to understand these details?

Looks like the PC is holding up the R10 completeness check... which is required to complete before eligibility can begin.

Thanks, i have used case specific enquiry to raise my concern on my wife nationality. is it the right action? i am asking because after i submitted the request, i got this

If your application is within normal processing times you will not receive a reply from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Yes, raising a CSE & waiting is all you can do. You have mentioned your wife's nationality incorrectly in the application or is it incorrectly mentioned in the notes?
