Final request

Hi everyone!

I got an email from cic which stated that i have to update/renew my passport and only gave me 30 days to complete or submit it to them but the problem is when i checked the processing of passport renewal here at the philippine embassy in tokyo japan it says that it would take up to 1-2mos so it is impossible to submit it on the deadline. Can somebody help me what should i do.

send a letter of explanation through IRCC webform to your visa office.....apply for a new passport and include the proof of application for passport renewal and proof of the passport processing time to explain why you may not be able to meet their 30 days deadline....IRCC could be considerate, you just have to explain and inform them urgently.
