VAC in Santo Domingo will be closed after November 2018

Good evening.

I read 1 week ago that the VAC in my country Dominican Republic will be closed after November 2018, they referred to contact IRCC for more information, but on IRCC website there's no such as information.

if in a future I want to apply online (if i don't get refuse again for God's sake LOL) and there's no VAC how do I send my passport for stamping ?

Yo aplique recientemente online y me rechazaron, pero noté en la carta que los documentos fueron procesados en México. Osea que al parecer todo será via el website ahora.

Parece que Canada no quiere dominicanos lol
A mi también me rechazaron varias veces, ahora abrieron un nuevo vac, las solicitudes de este país la atienden en Mexico
