Urgent! No access to request for passport due to representative’s portal being down

I would like to find out what are the ways of obtaining the PPR when a representative’s portal has been down for almost two weeks and “won’t” get fixed. The representative did contact the MP’s office and filed a request for the PPR to be emailed or mailed, however no response was provided. On the phone, the CIC rep tells you that they can’t forward the PPR either.

PPR's are usually sent via mails (as well as on the portal for a few people), so how does your representative know you have gotten the PPR without receiving any emails and their portal being down.
Is there a chance that your representative is lying to you?

I called CIC and they told me about the status of my application and in order to obtain the whatever it is a PPR or some other kind of letter, my representative has to regain access to their portal. ‍♂
Totally confused and frustrated on which step to take next other than keep on nagging my representative and hope for the portal to get fixed.

What exactly did CIC tell you when you called to inquire about the status of your application?
Did they tell you your application has been approved or that your PPR mail has been sent?
Because an Approved application doesn't mean that they've sent you the PPR just yet. Because 90% of the time, your PPR comes in a mail.
Also when you say your representatives doesn't have access to your portal it means he/she forgot either the user name or password because the portal is CIC's website but each applicant/representative has login details. Tell your representative to call CIC on ways to retrieve a password or user name.

CIC said that the application has been approved and that they sent email onto my profile in which they had explained what to do next, the guy on the line was able to brief me on whatever the letter was saying.
My representative say that their ports through which they access clients’ profile is not working. My representative went to a PM’s office to seek help and ended up filing up a request for a PPR and was asked to wait.

Okay now I understand.
I think one thing your representative can do is to raise a CSE (webform) explaining the situation and that the PPR wasn't received and should be sent to the email address linked to your application.

It is Portal for authorized paid representatives which he can’t access.

Thanks. You think having requested the PPR through the PM’s office should help at all?

I don't think there is anything you can do other than wait for portal to be fixed or the MP to make IRCC send the PPR request on email.

yes, I think he should.
The request to the MP should be documented in writing, just incase you need to explain why you exceeded the passport submission deadline of 30 days.

Thanks for your help. Let’s hope either the webform request or the MP will help in this case, or the Portal starts functioning again.

Representative portal down seems like a scam. Critical systems are not down for long. Either the rep is incredibly stupid or lying.

Not denying the portal exists but doubting the portal is 'down'

Check with other authorized representatives on whether the portal is down for them too.
