I came to Canada on a study permit and now I have a work permit. I have a full time permanent job (offer).

Should I answer yes or no to this question while filing for express entry

If the job offer is with LMIA, or from LMIA exempt company, then answer YES.
Any other situation, answer NO.

I'm asking again because my profile was deemed ineligible right after I submitted it. There are no mistakes in the profile.

The only reason I could think it was rejected was because:
1. The valid job offer. Either (a) should've selected that I have a valid job offer as I'm pretty sure CIBC is LMIA exempt or (b) because during the previous questionnaire I answered I have a valid job offer n then I changed it.

2. I selected no education assessment for my bachelors although I have a one year full time master's degree from Canada.

There's literally no other reason I could think of. I checked my profile like 5 times.

I can post complete profile answers here, if it helps me.

CIBC is not LMIA exempt. No idea where you got that from.
