Express entry application

Hi,

I came to Canada 2015 and studied two years in university. I have been working in a company for almost 7 months now and thinking to apply for my PR soon. The question is I will complete 1540 hours in another 3 months which will end of January 2019. Will that be okay if I apply for Express entry after 10 months of experience. I have a Bachelors degree from back home as well. Also when applying for express entry do they ask for lat 6 months of bank statement?

Better option is to wait till one year and then apply.

No!
Th fact that you worked more than 30 hours per week doesn't give you a shortcut.
They say it's 30h per week, amounting to 1560 hours, which is one year. They don't count hours above 30h.
You have to finish 1 full year, even if more than 30h.

Incorrect, Its 1 year both for FSWP and CEC applicants.

Could someone be of help here, I got a friend who wants to apply for the federal express EOI and the below is his score:

Listening= 5.5
Reading = 7.0
Writing = 6.5
Speaking = 7.0

Not sure if the score meets the minimum requirements for language in IELTS

Include 6 months bank statements if you can't manage to have your bank write your average balance for the last 6 months. Officially, they are not required.
Pay stubs are not required as well, but if you feel like providing additional proof of income, sure. As long as they are consistent with your reference letter.

Oh so you mean the statement and pay stub is actually not required but if I want to provide pay stubs that's my own choice right?

Paystubs, yes totally up to you if you have the letter perfectly up to standards, which is the only required document.
Bank statements, that's theoretically up to you as well, but strongly recommended to include them if you can't have average balance on your bank letter. If you have average balance written, then no need, and it would then be totally up to you if you want to upload them or not.

CLB 7 is minimum requirement for EE.
