maam, its like this we applied in OINP but got rejected because not meet the 2 years experience, but we apply for reconsideration, and still waiting for approval, but our consultant said that we can apply already WP and OWP for me, since the husband is the main applicant, is it possible for a job offer LMIA exempt? other say it cannot be because in applying WP it needs nomination, is that true?

It's possible but difficult to get an LMIA exempt job offer.
If your OINP application was refused then I don't see how you qualify for a WP or OWP. You need to be nominated by the province to qualify. You haven't been nominated - your application was rejected.

I have applied under LMIA exempt (PNP nominee), online application outside of Canada, this should also fall into the GSS scheme, but so far I have not been informed if its qualified for GSS or not, and its already passed 2 weeks since I applied, and almost passed one week since I did my biometrics.
