Hey guys,
Me and my wife are about to apply for inland spousal sponsorship.
1) I'm on study permit since October 2016 and my visa will be expired on 31.Dec.2018. I dropped my college because of couple problems and I reported them to government. How is this going to effect my pr application, and my open work permit application? Should I get a tourist, visitor visa?
2) We have some savings about 10k and she is making around 1.600 a month and she is going to find another job. I used to work for a company with my study permit (20hr per week) and making a little bit above the min wage and I will be able to make around 3k a month if I get the open work permit. We are able to live in an apartment suite in Downtown Vancouver,BC but her wage is just covering the monthly rent. How is this going to effect our application?
3) We have the checklist on the cic site but what are the things that we MUST include in the first application mail, except the forms of course (Photos, joint bank acoount, honeymoon, pictures etc.)?
