Hi,
I am a software developer stuck at 434, after second CELPIP exam with a lower mark W6.S7 than the first one W7 S8.
I genuinely don't know WHAT to do now, my permit it's till 2020, but my 2-year working experience will only come in effect in 2019 August.

I can only think about taking the French class... but probably only gonna be aced CLB5...

I felt so shitty right now, I been in Canada for over 4 years not a single day I was not under the stress that I will get kicked out. I don't know how to keep it going now, I feel so tired and helpless.

Why are you so stressed out exactly, and why would anyone kick you out if your permit is valid for more than a year? You can apply in August, get a Bridging Open Work Permit and you're all set. Alternatively, you can work on your English and retake CELPIP when you feel you're ready.

The cut-off score could potentially gone up to 455 since 2020 it's the last year of express entry

Where did you get that info from? It makes no sense.

The target immigration numbers are going up- from 310,000 this year to 330,000 next year and 340,000 in 2020. The CRS should go down, unless there is a sudden surge in applications.

I really don't know why you're stressing out so much. You still have ample time on your work permit. When exactly does it expire? What will be your score if you had 2 years work experience?

I suggest you wait until your 2 year work experience and your points will shoot up to qualify you for a draw, that's if you don't get an invite before then. If I were you, I won't bother about taking French classes, because why? If you still insist, you can try taking IELTS or retake CELPIP if you think you'll do better (but that's additional money spent).

So take a deep breath and relax. Your time will come.
