Pls update spread sheet...

Finally received the Oath Taking Ceremony invitation email on November 2nd. Ceremony will be on November 14th.

I'm Still in process since May 9 no updates, no fingerprint request, no nothing. I just received my GCMS/ATIP
An office has been added to the file IRCC GTA-CEN. Does anyone know which office that is. Scarborough maybe?
Also, the paper file is not longer "in transit" but seems to be in the processing office in the "yellow tagged files" - which tbh doesn't sound so good. Does anyone happen to know what that means?

Hi there,
I applied Canadian Citizenship in the month of February 2018, I got acknowledgement in March, and the application is in processing since May 2018. Haven't heard anything as yet. However, my friends has gone through the oath parts who submitted in February or even in April, May.

I was an International Student though and did calculate right eligible time. I don't have any taxes default as well. I called CIC but they didn't tell me anything as they said the processing time is 12 months and I can't follow up with that. I am in Toronto, Ontario. Can anyone please help me know why it's taking too long whereas my friends (they are 3) applications went through so quickly. I am so worried now.

Thank you. Response awaited.

They send an extra letter telling you that you might have your oath ceremony on the same day if you pass the test.

I am in same situation exactly like you.

Received GCMS notes. "Yellow tagged files"

Don't know what the hell that means.

hi
try to be patient, and positive, your turn will come one day, send them webform maybe they will give you the answer you want...,check ecas every week, don't panic ,lately they processes files slow .and don't compare yourself to others .
