Experts please help. I had applied for NOC 2171 and got ITA. The experience letter from my last employer shows the job description below, which I assume is a copy paste of hiring job responsibilities. My duties as Config management senior analyst matched closely with 2171 but I am not sure if the experience letter from employer shows this. Should I submit this experience letter under 2171 or can I change NOC after ITA (Implications of changing NOC!!!) ? OR should I get an affidavit from an ex-colleague and submit that. JD in employer's letter below:

Provides Information Technology solutions to support the projects and clients' environments. Utilizes configuration management suites to define, manage, build, release and deploy hardware, software and patches to endpoints throughout enterprise environments following standard configuration management processes and procedures.

- Demonstrates a basic understanding of current scripting technologies, programming languages, and batch commands.

- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of MS Sysprep and OS Imaging methodologies.

- Demonstrates basic understanding of defining, managing and validating configuration areas using common tools like Concurrent Versions System (CVS), Visual Source Safe (VSS), ClearCase, SubVersion (SVN) for individual projects.

- Demonstrates basic knowledge of windows server administration to include AD and LDAP.

-In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.

-Ability to identify, define, manage and control configuration items in the configuration management tool .

-Utilizes configuration management principles and best practices to effectively support development/support or testing requirements for configuration management systems.

- Responsible for coordinating and implementing Configuration management for the project and/or organization as well as maintaining the resulting product throughout its lifecycle.

- Builds desktop/laptop images, which includes automated software installs, hardware selection, configuration, and integration testing.

- Develops, analyzes, and maintains tools that support and automate processes for software releases.

- Works with project teams to determine an appropriate build schedule and initiates the build and packaging process.

Note:

The employee may have been performing some or all the above responsibilities as per business requirements.

That note at the bottom has big potential to create huge problems. Try and see if you can get a reference letter without that note and only your duties.

Thanks. My employer will not give me a reference letter without that note. Should I get a signed and notarized affidavit from an ex colleague?
