Same here. But when i called them yesterday morning they said your application is all good and its just going under the regular background checks.

Don't worry, you might see the changes today. I agree with kamaljit, seen from previous posts that cic customer service agents don't much about security and background check. They have told people that security not started and they getting ppr on next day or within week. So stay positive.

They just repeated the line for the acknowledgement of receipt:

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on xxxxxx.
3. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on xxxxxx.
4. We started processing your application on xxxxxx.
5. We sent you medical instructions on xxxxxx. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
6. Medical results have been received.

Does someone know when they usually send the PR email after we get the DM? Is it early in the morning? Or it can also be during the day? I got DM, still waiting for the email. First thing I do when I wake up is to check the email,s it's killing me. I feel so anxious

My ECAS status’s changed to DM on October 26 (maybe earlier than that, I checked my ECAS for the first time ever on the 26th). Nothing has changed on my online account, still shows that security check is in progress. I am still waiting for PPR... one guy from another thread has need waiting for PPR for more that 2,5 month. But some receive PPR the next day.

So I guess there is no way we can predict when our PPRs will be mailed out to us.

I would also advise to call them after the DM. My friend had update email and nothing changed, than he called after few weeks and have found out that the application was approved but nothing changed in his account and he didnt get any email. He was in the 30 days to submit the passport thankfully and they just resended the email to him

Finally I got at least something. In gckey account, status changed to "Application/profile updated". Still no DM or PPR or ghost email.

It's actually funny and interesting. I checked my gckey account and saw an update before I got a ghost email, do you think system will still send me a ghost email?
