Medicals Help needed

I recently had my medicals and the doctor said everything was fine but he inquired about some medical reports from my past surgeries. I have had multiple eye surgeries when i was a kid (between 1 to 5 years old). I told him that i do not have those records as it has been a long time.
Should i explain this in LOE or should i just ignore it?

I guess u shud not .. if visible scar of surgery is there only then u need to disclose. . rest its my opinion ..as reaDing threads...let's see what other's have to say

Please don’t worry!

What was your eye checkup results during the medical and what is your current eyesight power?

One thing that I will firmly advise is that please don’t ever conceal anything medical related as firstly you can’t control the results of various tests and if found anytime during our whole new life in Canada... and I mean anytime ever... we will be sent back for misrepresentation!

Please don’t worry even if there were any surgeries, you being an active and productive member of the society today shows there isn’t even an iota of reason for rejection or otherwise...
