This forum has been an incredible source of information for myself and my Common Law Partner who is from the US. We will be submitting our PR application this month. I just had a quick question regarding the OWP application that we will be submitting with our PR application.
My Common Law partner, she is currently on a working holiday visa and has a full time job as a travel agent. On the OWP application should we be marking an Extension for the work permit or should we be marking down that this is a new OWP application?
If she currently has a full time job here will there be issues getting a OWP while the PR application is running its course?
