Three options - which one is the most guaranteed?

Hello there,

I'm willing to immigrate to Canada and I've got three possible ways to do so. Please advise which one is the best one for my case, and feel free to suggest any better path that I might've missed during my research.

To start with my current situation. I'm 28 years old living as a worker expat in a foreign country. I've been working in the roofing and waterproofing industry for the last four years as a technical engineer.

My wife is a PR since August 2013, and won't be meeting the RO by the end of her PR card as she was living here with her family and then we met and got married.

So my first option is family sponsorship, and I understand that we have to split in order for my wife to meet her RO.

My second and third options would be Express Entry. The difference between the two is the spouse factor. Checking my approximate CRS, and choosing the option of having a PR spouse, I get a CRS of 446. Alternatively, when I enter that my spouse is not a PR and will join me, I get a CRS of 440. Both CRS are just enough for me to be picked from the pool.

Seeing these three options, which one is the most guaranteed to reach our goal?

Follow up questions:

Option2:
1- Will the IRCC investigate about my wife not meeting her RO and thus deducting these points?
2- Assuming the answer to the above question is No, and assuming I got picked, I will have 60 days to process my application and eventually do the landing, and my RO of 730 days will start. However, my wife's RO is not met. Will they renew her PR more easily now that her husband is a new PR?

Option3:
Is it possible for my wife to renounce her PR and be included in my new PR application easily, or will this raise a red flag and affect her in any way?

Sorry for the long post! Cheers.

Technically if someone is not able to meed the RO, the PR gets cancelled and he/she has to apply PR again through Express Entry process. I hope you get the idea.

I usually ignore long posts.
