Most universities have bachelor's cgpa requriment around 3/4.Your positive points are your gre score and experience.Write a good letter of intent/SOP and try your luck.

You have a good profile. Instead of asking for the chances. Here is not the board of admissions deciding those who'll be accepted. Write a very good SOP and I'll advice you to apply to all the schools as soon as possible or your most preferred choices. At least your top 3. I'm 100% sure you'll be accepted by at least 1 or 2 schools. Good luck.
You don't need to be afraid. Just write a convincing SOP. That should do. There are lot of people who didn't have a result as good as yours and they were accepted. Stay positive and hope for the best. Like I said, apply to multiple schools with what you have, the more schools you apply to, the better your chances are of getting an acceptance into one.
