Arranged Employment - Job Offer

Hi,

I have a permanent job offer that is:

• full-time
• continuous and
• for at least one year?

I am currently on the IEC visa, and I am exempt from the LMIA requirements.

I have answered "No" to the following question:
Is [my name]'s job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? (required)

I am unsure what to answer for:
Has [my name] been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) (required)

I was initially on contract at my current employer through a recruitment agency, before being made permanent. In total I have been here for 1.5 years. however, I have only been permanently employed for 6 months.

Should I select "Yes" for this question, and write a letter explaining the selection? or is the "correct" answer "No"?

Anyway - I tried selecting "Yes" to the second question and I still do not receive the 50 points for a job offer.... Does anyone know why?

I do have a valid job offer - full time hours, permanent position, skilled NOC category. I was transferred from Contract (via recruitment agency) to Permanent in May 2018.
