Then it should have been fine. I guess they themselves are irritated with frequent calls about status updates. Give them some time and call after few days. Also, if you have called earlier quite a few times then they can see in your application notes and they can reject your calls in that case.

Today i called IRCC to know about my Application Status.
Agent told me below
Eligibility-Not met
Criminality-Passes
Security- Not started Yet

But in last month i received mail from Ralph:
Eligibility-Passed
Criminality- Passed
Security-Not started Yet

Now question is who is right or who doesnt have current status information?

should i again go for GCMS notes or i can wait.
Coz last time i requested GCMS Notes on 20-Sep-18.

One of the reasons I say never trust agents. The information keeps changing from agent to agent. trust Ralph's information.

Also, it is possible your file was transferred to another VO. That sometimes sets the eligibility to not started. That is what probably agent saw. Nothing to worry about.

Actually my file already transfered to CIO,Sydney from CPC,Ottawa in last Aug-18.

W T *** i was on call, the agent just disconnected after hearing that um asking for account status!!!!! anyone experienced like this? I was on hold for 30 minutes

what was your eligibility status in GCMS

My status was “Not Met” in GCMS Notes but after i already submitted the required documents to IRCC. After submitting documents i received acknowledgement from IRCC.

After that i sent mail to Ralph and received above information.

Tomorrow it ll be 5 months since i got AOR
Currently in IP2 (7th June AOR)
According to agent background check and security is complete.
Got ghost update on the 18th October
Still no mail..
Can any one provide mr ralph's emqil id?

Stick it out with me same AIR currently in IP2 sine June 19th host update Oct 25/26 nothing since. But I’m confident we’ll hear something soon

Honestly I think your application has been approved as well if all those things were completed. Chin up

Things I have learned in this process, don't trust on any agent, not yours neither IRCCs.

An hour back i guess..and status turned back to submitted when i logged in after 30 min..no idea wats happening..

That’s normal it happened to me and everyone who got ghost updates. It’s just to show u have seen that it was updated
