Urgent - Visa Office change request after PPR

Hi all, sorry to repeat the question here, but i got PPR email, at that time i was a resident of UAE, but just like 5 days ago I came back to Pakistan, the email states i can submit my passport to nearest VAC and then goes on to list the VAC details in Middle East. Can I also submit my passport in VAC Pakistan?

email pakistan canadian embassy, they will send a mail to submit it in pakistan if you are there just for 5 days better submit it on UAE. It usually takes 10days minimum

I have already replied to the email address in PPR. Do you still think I should email Pakistan Embassy?

i emailed CPC-Otawa to request to submit my passports to Pakistan instead of UAE however, this is the response they gave me

"Please note that the closest visa office to process your application in Pakistan is located in Abu Dhabi. Please submit your documents to this visa office"

PS my visa office Abu Dhabi and I have sent them an email too, but didn't get a response yet.

Please advise how to proceed.

Doesn't matter now. I got a new PP request to submit PP in Islamabad today. I guess all those emails worked.

Hi I am also same boat I am in India I got PPR on 21 November 2018 through CPC-CTD Ottawa canada but I have not visa to come back to canada so I request to visa office to change my visa office canada to visa office new delhi

What can be done if not get any reply from CIC after even 7 days for request of dependent VO change to local since we live in different countries( i am in Canada and she's in India).

can i send my passport alone to Ottawa with out my spouse's passport(as she's in India and waiting for VO change for her), or do i have to wait until get reply from CIC? or any other suggestions would be really appreciated

As a primary applicant you have to send your passport first for stamping. At the same time request for alternative instructions for your spouse. Once your passport get stamped then next you will receive alternative instruction for spouse.

I have received immediate response from Bangalore Visa Office (1 day), Then Ottwa on mail (2 days), CSE (8 days) and NDVO never responded

Hi Jason,

I am currently in Chennai , India and my husband is flying back to the US. We are required to submit our passports to Ottawa together. But I will be in India till the end of March. Can you tell me what email ids should I send a mail to for a quicker response? We have already emailed ircc and it’s already been 8 days and we haven’t heard back from them.
