Visa for January 2019 status

I meant that the review is starting in the 4th weak, after all the texts I have read and my own experience.
The medical gets updated in the 2nd week but I don't know why , for the October applicants that has no happened as of now.

Applied on 12 September in delhi embassy medical is passed but review not started yet so what should i do now.
Today is 56th day ( non sds) offline

Hi, I have applied through VFS Delhi under SDS category on 18th September. I got admission to Humber College for Addictions and Mental Health.
Also, I have no idea when I cleared my Medical.

Okkk okk fine ....but review is not started yet ....as i have applied on 12th september delhi embassy medical is passed before 6 October but review not started yet. M too worried

Hi Rishabh - applied on 23rd oct, General category offline - linked GC key on 1st nov by that time medical was passed. Received mail from CIC on 6th nov - exactly 14days after my application - review has not yet started - when can I expect my review to be started? How long can it take for visa?
P.S my visa has been rejected once in sds category on 15th oct.
