Hi All,

I have been asked to provide Finger Prints within 30 days from a RCMP accredited center. I have been already waiting for over a year with application In Process since Nov 2017. I am looking for Finger Print place in Brampton / Mississauga that has some express Service to send out the Finger Print details to IRCC ASAP. Please advise.
If you are in Brampton then there's one at 7900 Hurontario Street Suite 31, Brampton - 1 block South Of Steeles. I did mine there two weeks ago. Name is FIPS (Fingerprints Identifications and Pardons Services). From my experience they are good - well at least they were nice to me

So I just got off the phone with immigration guys, the lady was amazingly nice, and told me all my background checks are done, and that the test results have not been updated yet. Can you believe they have not updated my test score yet since I passed it 20/20 in March? she said she will email the office in Mississauga and let them know to update the file. Lets see what happens next ..
Test score, I heard first time, I think nobody will tell you that. Even you score 21

Happy Halloween y'all .. ;) now that we got the pleasantries out of the way .. how come it is impossible to reach immigration by phone ? I've been trying for months now, different times, and always get that freaking obnoxious woman's digital voice saying "we're currently experiencing high volume of calls and can not transfer you to an agent at this time" I'm sooooooooooo freaking sick of hearing that damn line! How are you all getting through ?
It's coming to 13 months for me, and still IP after passing the test in March, no news at all after.
you have to hold the phone for at least 35min.

A clear delay tactic by IRCC. They send one to me back in August 6th which I had completed in the same day.

When I sent a web enquiry to make sure they received the RCMP report, their agent claim they didn't get it even after 27th day of me sending the report.

After checking with RCMP, I got a confirmation with reference number that they mail it to Scarborough office 2nd day.

IRCC didn't even cared to check before replying.

We are dealing with one of the world's worst government agencies, we have to acknowledge this now and deal with the truth.

I reduced my expectation to meet the facts.
You clearly haven't dealt with government agencies in South Asia lol. I believe even with all the delays and stuff, getting citizenship in a country like Canada is a great privilege. Unless you are from a country at par with Canada because then you may consider it worse. I would say relax and keep following up at appropriate time. For example, you should have made an inquiry in 10 to 14 days instead of 27 days. Anyhow. No need to stress. It will come in due time. Enjoy the journey in the meantime.

Hi All
Me and wife gave test on 19th Sept, I got 20 and wife scored 13 (she took online test seriously and not read Discover Canada, got nervous, made few mistakes). Interviewer checked all documents for my wife too and told retest should be in another 4 to 6 weeks. Received retest invitation on 19th Oct to appear on 3rd Nov (both times email came exactly 2 weeks before). Cleared by 19/20. With this experience, I can say that read only Discover Canada, all questions are from book (some might be twisted to confuse).

Waiting for oath now.

I passed my test March 17, 2017 in Mississauga and am still waiting for DM. I passed the one year mark on October 31 and I called the call centre. Apparently the background checks and everything else required has been completed except for the officer inputting my mark. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process...Entering a mark seems like something they should be able to do in 5 minutes and get their stat for completing a file.
