i don't think that's correct. Because its their responsibility to give any revert since the application was not free of cost like in some colleges. And also we can apply for visa till November end and it will only take 2 weeks, max 20 days to get our visa so by December we will get our visa and if everything is good we can leave by the end of Dec or by Jan first week since the classes are starting on Jan 7. What i'm trying to say is THERE IS STILL HOPE.
