Applied in February 2018. Application went to Mexico..... May 18 for further processing. Nothing heard for over 4 months.
I would love to hear of some timelines.....this waiting is killing me. How much longer???

It looks like they’re working on October 2017 applicants since two of them were recently interviewed

That is frustrating. If they originally said interview was waived. Can and will they still ask for one?

Yes, that status remains the same for everyone until the officer either approves the application or requests an interview

Do they send an email when they start background check? Or has it already started when it went to Mexico? In your experience how long does it take when it gets to Mexico? Can I hope he will be here in December for Christmas? Sorry for the questions. But appreciate the answers.

They may ask for more docs. As advised before no one can say. We got our aor2 may 10 and got ppr march 5... each case is unique

Wow. 8 months. Well our year is in February......so it better not be 8 more months. Lol

They promise to complete 80% of apps within 12 months. Not all will be completed within 12 months
