Unless you have a child who is a PR or citizen to sponsor you it would be virtually impossible

If you have business experience and adequate funds you can apply as an entrepreneur in one of the many PNP business streams for which there is no upper age limit. Some give you straight PR and some require you to establish a business on a work permit for 1-2 years prior to receiving PR.

Other wise you would really need to be sponsored as Bs65 suggests.

if you have sufficient funds and business experience and a networth of apprx CAD 2.2 Mil apprx or more you can apply for the QUEBEC INVESTOR IMMIGRANT PROGRAMME.which reopens in 2/3 months time
it is a very lengthy process though
