Unsure of NOC!
Confused what should be the NOC code. Can anyone help? We have come across a job posting from one of the companies in Canada which mentions 2148 as the job code. The duties of this posting however does not match with the duties mentioned in the NOC code of Canada. Can we use that job posting in the letter of explanation (loe) to prove the basis which we have updated the NOC code. Below are my actuual duties which matches with the job posting:
Main Accountabilities:
• Leading packaging development activities on small to medium new variant/brand projects such as providing technical guidance to suppliers, marketing and component & colour qualification.
• Communicate with packaging teams around the globe to share best practice and facilitate / support project development and rollout.
• Developing new or existing packaging and specifications that meet supply chain, formulation, consumer, brand, regional and confidentiality requirements.
• Lead packaging testing activities, understand and interpret results, make recommendations and build robust specifications.
• Work and communicate effectively with different departments and suppliers to deliver against the project network timings and identify and manage risks.
• Play an active role in leading and contributing to the Unilever Packaging Strategy and other category activities.
