Mine and parents visa has been rejected thrice and the reason of rejection is travel history, purpose of travel and immigration status. All last 3 applications were without invitation letter. Last rejection was on the 17oct18. Now i plan to reapply by Dec mid after 2months along with invitation letter from my brother inlaw and sister who is a PR holder. Brayanna can you please suggest if this will work for our applicatin this time. I also have a valid usa b1/b2 visa and recently got schengen visa for myself and parents and applied for my parent's usa visa. Please advise.

1. When did you first apply?

2. Do post the list of documents that each of you submitted.

3. How long did you want to visit and why?

4. What's your immigration status in the country you're applying from? And until when is that status valid?

5. The invitation letter can only help to some extent. Your application/documents must address the previous refusal reasons

@KHJN

I recommend you do not reapply until at least six months later. You and your parents have applied thrice in a span of just three months. This indicates desperation to visit.

Is your bank balance consistent with your income and tax assessment? A balance of CAD 35,000 would seem like it was borrowed for the visa application if you don't have any other financial investments.

Do you own the property in the country where you have worker status? Or in your home country? And if it is the latter then is the property rented out? Mortgage?

Except for your employment + your mom's employment, you and you parents don't have other strong ties to your country of residence. For example: a lease? Dependent family members to return to?

yes we do have family in the country of residence my brother his wife and children we all leave together.
