Looks like now the average turn around time for Outland aplpications is 3 Months now, specially for PA 's whose VO is NDVO . Was hoping to get AOR1 by early November , so that I can apply for a TRV with the application no. and wifey comes here by the end Dec for Christmas holidays .But CIC is trolling and LOLing . Dark , Gloomy Christmas this year again !!!

I don’t know what to say I was confident to get Aor by end of October but after reading diff posts some people from mid August and one from 23rd August got Aor whereas some people are still waiting since July ... which is very weird ..nothing we can change just hoping and praying to receive Aor Atleast by end of 90 days

Hi people! Canadian citizen here residing in Doha, Qatar with PA. PA is Palestinian holding Syrian travel document. Our timeline is:

Application Sent: 26/7 via Aramex

Application Delivered: 1/8 @ 2:39 p.m. and signed on by someone called Hunt (Sydney)

No AOR as of yet sadly.

Did anyone also have a guy called Hunt sign on the delivery package? Just curious to know if it was received at the right place

• Date Received: 2018-08-17 (Paper application sent to Sydney, NS)
• ECAS "In Process": 2018-10-3 (ECAS: "We started processing your application on October 3, 2018.")
• AOR1: 2018-10-04 (CPC Mississauga: "This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2018/08/17 on behalf of the following member(s): Xxxxx " )
• Medical Request: 2018-10-10
• SA: 2018-10-10 (CPC Mississauga: "We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor.")
• AOR2 (implied): 2018-10-29 (ECAS: "We started processing Xxxxx's application on October 29, 2018.")
• Medical Exam: 2018-10-30
• Medical Passed: 2018-11-02 (GCKey: "You passed the medical exam.")

Hello fellow August applicants!
I got my application returned at the of October due to missing IMM 5406.

But in the letter they included highlighting my missing form, they provided me a UCI number and application number.

I left it blank with my previous forms because it was my first application. Does anyone here know if I have to print new forms and include the UCI number and application number they provided?

And also, do I need to pay my application fees again or I could just send back the one I sent before? Thank you so much. I'll appreciate your response! Best of luck!

I have a question though, I tried entering our details or identification at ECAS but it says information not identified. Does it mean they haven’t started opening our documents?

I would call and see if you can find out info. I have seen many posts about issues with August apps. One person said they had gotten their mp involved, who was then told by CIC that there was an "office issue". Some people for sept have been seeing AORs ahead of august I would encourage you to call.

My august application was sent back october 12th. As we missed a identification document for my ex and they wanted police certs upfront. They must still be working on them guys. My papers got back there october31st. I hope we all get our aors for xmas. Another forum I'm in says the average aor for outland is up to 100 days
