Hi to all.i was wondering that what happens to PR in the case of bankrupcy or not making profits for applicants who enter by work permit to estabelish a bussiness.i heard from an agancy it could ends not to be qualified for PR.thanks in advance

If you are a PR with specific conditions applied to your status, then not meeting those conditions can result in PR status being revoked. It all depends on the circumstances of your case.

Thanks for your time.i speak in general.for example if somebody proves she invested the minimum of the state wanted funds and hire a Pr owner or Canandian residence.but at the end of the time she culdent be able to show his businness is making profit then what happens to PR qualification?

My answer was the "in general" answer. Anything else would require knowing exactly which immigration Class/Program was involved, when it was (many have now been closed down) and what the explicit conditions were for that person's PR. Maybe time to get professional legal advice?
