Hi experts
My wife has travelled to her first country on 3rd November 2017 and she is still there attending to her old aged mother. Her PR card expires in February 2020. In 2015 also she travelled to her country and returned after 3 months. Therefore in total she has stayed out of Canada about 400 days as of now.
1) If she remain in her country up to January 2019 will it be a problem?
2) Is there a maximum number of days a PR holder can stay out of country at a time within the 5 year validity of PR card?
3) If she fulfils the 730 days presence in Canada within the 5 year period, is that only sufficient to maintain the PR status?
Thanks in advance
