No Offer Letter and WP expires soon

Hi All,

I have been working in Canada from June 2014, and my WP expires on 30-JUN-2019. I also complete 5 years by then.

I have 420 points without offer letter and 470 if I can provide an offer letter. My employer is not at all ready to give a reference letter, even after asking them multiple times. But I have all the other docs like initial appointment letter, payslips, and T4 forms.

My question is "Can I claim the 50 points for offer letter? Would it be sufficient if I provide all these docs from the current employer, without a support / reference letter that mentions 1 year validity for job?".

The most concerning thing for me is that my WP is going to expire in June 2019. Does this impact the final decision if I provide all the above mentioned things but not a supporting letter that mentions 1 year validity for my job offer.

you can only claim those 50 points if you have valid offer letter...if u have it u r good

Can you please suggest me if I have any other option? I have joining letter(initial offer letter but it does not mention offer valid for 1 more year), payslips, and T4 forms.

It needs to quote 1 yr.. or else they will reject it . As it is base requiremnt that u should have job for atleast 1 yr
