What is the process for Medicals

Hi all,

I have received at ITA on 3rd of October. I have all the related documents ready with me except for PCC and Medical.

Please let me know if I have to submit my application after getting PCC and then wait for CIC to request my medicals. Or I have to get my medicals done by raising request for appointment with the recommended doctor ?

medicals and PCC are upfront for Express Entry applicants.
In your personal checklist, you will have to attach the "Information Sheet". The doctor will give it to you when you visit the clinic.

No request is made for medicals or initially required PCC.
If you submit application without required PCC and Medical sheet, your application will be rejected for incompleteness. It's an Upfront medical exam, so you have to make an appointment yourself. The doctor will give you a "eMedical" sheet, and that's what you upload.
When you get to the document checklist page, you'll see a field for one or more PCCs, and another for medicals.
If visa officer does feel the need to see a specific PCC which wasn't required at first, then yes you will get a request for that specific PCC.
