How to add PCC to application?

My question looks silly but I wasn't able to find answer on it.
I have PCC from the country I had been living in for more than 183 days before I immigrated to canada.
So I'm going to include it to my application. But here is the question: I've read many topics that it is required to bring all original documents I attached to application on test interview with officer. I have only one original PCC on me, if I add it to application I will not be able to bring original PCC on interview, because it was added to the application. So I should attach copy of PCC to application and bring original document on interview OR I should attach original PCC to application and bring it's copy on interview?

The checklist asks for the original PCC, send that one.
You can always keep a copy and have it with you during the interview, but it won't be needed as the officer will anyway have the original.
In all cases, most people don't have to show some of the documents they sent, you won't get asked about your diploma if you're clearly fluent in french or english, so don't stress about the docs

Probably here I can get some idea.

My wife came Canada 3+ years ago as a PR. So obviously she lived out of Canada during the eligibility period. In that case, here is our plan, please give your opinion on that.

1. We just do not fill (put N/A wherever applicable) Sections A and B of CIT0177E residence out of Canada form, and to be on safe side explain the situation in a covering letter.
2. In the physical presence calculator, from the start of eligibility period to the date she became PR we put explanation that its a pre-pr period and she was living in the country of citizenship?

Please advice!!
