IRCC Lawyer and Travelling insurance

Hi

I got a offer letter from an employer. They are asking to do medical, no problem can be done, I am not paying anything to representative.

After medical following process:

The representative want me to book traveling insurance and medical insurance without knowing traveling time. Big question; I asked what kind of this insurance who did't had any traveling date ? Even I confirmed with insurance company, they also need date of traveling or time period which we do not have.

If i am able to do these insurance, then I need to get stamped these insurance by IRCC lawyer ( not able to find this in India; chandigarh). Does we need insurance verification for work permit ? does embassy ask for IRCC stamped insurance which has no date of traveling while submit file in embassy?

Does this whole process is fake in name of IRCC lawyer ? only to extract money in name of IRCC lawyer ?


NOTE::: Representative is not asking any money for these whole process.If need to pay like medical payment and visa fees etc; I will pay.

Thank's for reply back. I didn't sign offer letter since i am not sure about this IRCC lawyer stamping of traveling insurance and Medical insurance. So they also don't give me xerox copy of offer letter. I told representative I will confirm first this insurance issue. Then I will accept or reject this offer.

I had two question:

What is name of traveling insurance which are done without knowing date of traveling ? ( i never heard this kind insurance earlier )
Does IRCC lawyer stamping needed on these insurance ? ( I never heard IRCC lawyer but know Doctor are IRCC verified who do medical)

Others can comment as well but never heard of any travel insurance or even medical insurance that does not require a start date and that generally applies from whichever country someone applies from. Also never heard of having to provide these to an IRCC lawyer or even that such a lawyer exists.

Not aware at all that you need to show any insurance upfront for any application so sounds to me like some sort of scam to get people to pay for insurance that is more than likely totally useless.

As for the job offer even if you do not have a copy you can post what exactly was the job being offered ? Did it include flights, accommodation and food in which case more than likely a scam.

Doctors that do the immigration medicals can only be from an authorised by Canada Immigration list but there are plenty of so called 'immigration consultants' out there who prey on individuals desire to emigrate at any cost.
