My status was in progress after the university had replied to the verification query of WES. So I mailed WES using their Contact Us Form. I requested as follows:
“My status has been changed to in progress but I don’t see any completion date. I was told that you would update my status within three days.
I need my ECA report soon as I will lose points in Express Entry next month due to my birthday. It is already two months since you received my documents. Please give my ECA soon.”
After that my status changed within five hours with completion date on 11/16/2018. However today I got an e-mail from WES that they will answer soon to my query though my status has changed already.
Is there going to be a problem? My consultant told me that it can cause problems in report generation? Is it true?
Please advise. Quite worried.
