Hello, I took an exchange to Canada and I met my girlfriend there (who is Canadian). We have been in a relationship for more than a year. I've visited her again in Canada and she came where I live (Brazil). We want to live together, but immigration problems stop us. We would like to apply for the conjugal partner. Do you think this is a good choice? Also, I have a job opportunity there so I would go as fast as possible. And as the process is time consuming, can I move to Canada with a tourist visa and wait for the process there and maybe apply for a work visa?

Thank you

What immigration problems have stopped you? Usually the barriers are for countries that don't allow for same sex marriage or you can't get Visa's to visit each other. Neither of which seem to affect your situation.
Conjugal is a hard route to go. If there is nothing stopping you from getting married or becoming common-law, those would be the better options.
Also, since you have a job opportunity, have you looked into Express entry or other economic options for immigration?
(We're applying from Brazil too)
Hope this helps!

No, it's a terrible choice. You don't qualify for conjugal partner sponsorship, by a very large margin.
Marriage or common-law are your only viable options.

Also, in regards to the tourist visa and waiting in Canada. The best option would to get married (either in Canada or Brazil) and then apply for the inland sponsorship. With that, you'll be able to apply for the Open Work Permit that'll allow you to work (usually within 4 months after applying).
If you go for the common-law route, you'll need to live together continuously for 1 year.
