hello all,
IRCC has asked to submit USE OF REPRESENTATIVE form .

We don’t have any representative. All process behind done by me, sponsor . This is known by IRCC. I informed this by IRCC webform. Still IRCC asking for USE of REPRESENTATIVE form.

So, do sponsor and principal applicant both have to submit form saperately?

In that case , who puts in the signature where? I mean , the form ask signature for , the representative and applicant and sponsor

You probably indicated that you were using a representative somewhere, which is why you are being asked for a representative form.

Did the applicant give a different mailing address than the residential address?

We haven’t mentioned such anytime .

Yeah . Very sure ... it same address on paper from the beginning.

I believe that they are asking principal applicant to fill use of representative form to make you(sponsor) his representative. If you want to receive all communication on behalf of principal applicant.

How should we do that? I mean , how would the form detail differ when both of us fill it .

Also , I sent my application package to Sydney, NS . Now , my application has moved to CPC Mississauga.

While filling this form , the form ask regarding ....., office where the application was submitted? In my case, what should I write , Sydney or Mississauga?

Both PA and Sponsor need to sign and date the form.
Read it carefully and put N/A in any boxes that are not applicable.
