I'm a quadrapalegic mute with ALS who privately employs my own caregivers. It's a real struggle to find qualified employees. I just came across an opportunity to hire a Filipino nurse, highly experienced and skilled and I don't want to miss this opportunity. He's currently on a six month tourist visa. I'm in British Columbia. Where do I begin? Thanks ahead of time.

So it seems like I should put a new ad out with all the required qualifications first.? Just to show there is no way I could find a local nurse for the wages I'm paying ?
The short answer is yes.
