FORM 16 for PR

I had been working as a full time faculty in an institute/ coaching center from last 4 years .
I have always received salary in cash
I don't have FORM 16 with me as my employer never issued it , though I know what all documents are required for the PR process
My question is will form 16 be asked any time during process ?

Form 16 is never asked. but your employer should mention about your salary on reference letter.

CIC will not even ask for ITR's.
