Visiting to celebrate your nephews birthday is seen as a weak reason for requesting a TRV.

How long a visit did you request? What proof of ties to your home country did you show apart from bank account and property?

1. Do you own the agricultural land? Or does it belong to a family member?

2. Do you own the property or was it recently transferred to your name?

3. Did you borrow any funds for your visa application? Any financial investments?

4. Do you live with any dependent family members? And, can you prove their dependence on yourself?
