Difference between name on the credentials and the one in the wes account

Hi guys,

I got my WES report and it is mentionned that "The names on one or more of the academic credentials submitted for evaluation differ from the name indicated above.".
My real name that is written in my passport, credentials and marksheets is HUDSON Jane Katie Sophia. The name I have written when filling my WES account is Sophia Katie Jane HUDSON. I think it is the origin of the problem.
What should I do to avoid any rejection please?

You just need to attach same person notarised affidavit and mention the same in LOE. you will be good to go after this. There are many formats available for the same, you can use any.
