PNP Ontario outland, but CIC agent told me that my case is being processed in Sydney, NS. Don't know why. The agent also told me to wait until next year because the current processing time is 19 months......

Processing time is 19months. It may be less or more than 19months. Just have to hope it comes soon. My timeline is almost the same with yours.

That's the name of the officer that sent it. They use agent as Opposed to using officer. Nothing to worry about.
