My husband is visiting me right now in Canada. Can I send his PR demand under the spouse sponsor program while he stays here in Canada ? Would he have to leave ?

HI @singleman I have a bf in Alberta asking me to apply a tourist visa in Manitoba with my sister. Then he said that we will get married in Alberta and file for working visa after I got married..Is that possible?

It is theoretically possible. You can apply for an open work permit with a spousal sponsorship application if you apply inland (inside of Canada).
