Work experience with no paystub

Sorry if this thread is repeated.

I need a quick clarification regarding work experience.. I am from India, comepleted Masters in civil engineering..now I am working as Project engineer in a small construction company(total employee of 4) and complete my 1 year on this month.

My boss pay me by writing check(not cash) on every 4th Saturday and I drop check in my saving account. My employer is happy to provide references letter. Now I like to know whether my application will be accepted or not because there is no payslip but I can provide

1.References letter
2.IT returns (though my annum earning is below tax slab)
3.1 year Bank statement(shows company name as payee each month) or
Anything else needed

Will they they ask for details other than references letter or at circumstances will they ask to provide documents supporting my references letter. My company is registered under TIN and GST.

This is the only reason I'm thinking of approaching consultant which requires big fees.

Pls help me with this question.

No need for consultant for this, it's pretty clear.
Documents you suggested should be more than enough, as long as your salary is mentioned in reference letter as well.

Thank you for quick response...can u please answer about how some one can prove work experience if they get paid by cash because I see this question alot and in India its a common scenario.
