WES Evaluation

Hi,

I have a Masters from US and UG from India ( I already have WES evaluated my UG but it was WES US) in this case do I need to do it again in WES Canada ?
Also my US university only provides Transcripts in the sealed envelop and not the copy of the degree certificate attested is it ok or is it the common practice here in the US ?

1. Yes. WES USA would have evaluated it to a US degree equivalency. You need to get it evaluated to a Canadian degree equivalency - which is done by WES Canada

2. Yes, it will be enough. WES asks only for transcripts from US universities. My university is the same (US university that only provides transcripts) and WES asked only for transcripts.
