I have almost identical timeline. And also just noticed Decision Made on ECAS site today. Hopefully we will be getting PPR next week.
Do we need to take a new photo? I vaguely remember the photo needs to be taken in the last 6 months, and I still have few copies of the one I sent to CIC last year.

I am hoping I will get my PPR in time to cancel my BOWP application, so that I can get a refund. As far as I know, we can cancel and get a refund up until a decision has been made. Correct me if I am wrong, friends.

Are you single applicant! Is your eligibility passed on ecas or still in process after decisioj made? Is it 19 months processing time for you?

July 27 applicant. I applied for closed work permit as well on September 5. Because my employer was changed in the mid of the year.

My application was received on July 21,2017. The only main difference is I received my medical in june instead of march. As per the trend, you should receive ppr anytime now. I am looking forward to your application as we are just couple of days apart. Good luck
