Visa refusal letter from embassey

I applied for Canada study permit after my year 12 in the year 2013 and got refused twice!

I have a rejection lette! But other one my agent didn't provide me!!

Now as I'm applying for other country for a study visa the university has asked me to provide the rejection letter

The problem is that I don't want to contact my ex agent, as he conceled information and cheated me!

But, I absolutely require it.Should I contact embassey ?? will they provide me the refusal letter? Or not as it was quite a while ago!!

Advice needed urgently!!
 
I think u should go to the vfs ....either in Chandigarh or at Delhi....and u can ask from them to resend it again on ur email....
 
Does vfs keep records like that??

If I Am aware they receive application in enveloped form!!

And will the embassy entertain my request

I hope they have some sort of paid services for this type of situations??
 
No vfs is not an embassy. It's just a path between u and the embassy. So directly contact the chandigarh visa office, or visit there.
 
My main concern is regarding the embassey!! will they provide me the letter ??or not as I had bad experience already!!

My request seems very illogical!

Contacting embassey after 4 years to get the refusal letters! Embassey already is a very busy entiny processing innumerable applications!

If you catch my drift

You can email the embassy directly but it may take months to get any reply from them. Simultaneously, you can try linking your application online. I dont know if that is going to work for an old application but you can try. The refusal letters are usually uploaded there. Just mentioned in covering letter. That you had refused visa. .. its enough becaueb they have all previous records
