I know her since we are child.. we are in same class mate.. I discuss with my brother and family about getting married with sister in law and they all agreed.. now we got married and we have all the paper work ready. Devorce certificate. Our married certificate. Letter. Phone bill. Married photos. I even made life insurance on her.
My question is that am I going to succeed.. is there any chance of visa refusal.. please help and any kind of idea is great.. I went to book immigration lawyer they charge Me 100 bucks for nothing.. they also want to charge me 5000 bucks if I let them do my job.. please help and I would really appreciated

You will need to explain how your relationship developed after she got divorced with your brother.
It's sure not an arranged marriage. So you will need pictures of not just the wedding but also on your dates and if you visited her (I assume you live in Canada and she is in India) after you started dating her. Did you use social media while you date her?

Is that common in the culture? (I mine, it's NOT.)

Basically, you need to proof that you have a genuine relationship with her. It's not just to get married with her so that she can come over to Canada.

BTW you are NOT just getting her a visa. You are trying to sponsor your wife to be a PR of Canada. (and she IS NOT your sister-in-law any more since she got divorced.)

You said, "my wife is actually my sister in law" It is OK to marry in India but very rare cases do that, in my opinion [wishing you success] it's a sure RED FLAG if she is your sponsor from Canada. I met a guy who had same situation it took him over 2 years already , his only fault was that he married > his brother's wife's sister, which is very very common in India. BUT they did NOT agree that the marriage was genuine and true.
He told me, no matter how much proof, expenses parties, even MPs in marriage reception + VIPs were called, Honeymoons to Kashmir , U name it , he did all kind of real things >>more than real marriage things; was REJECTED. BUT now I found out that he WON the appeal. and his wife is joining him soon .

Don't waste money on cheap Lawyers, either do it all by yourself or hire a real reputed Lawyer. In the end you will find that cheaper guy charged you 5K but case went to appeal he further charged U 10K. But reputed Lawyers charge more initially and most of their cases do not go to appeals.

I have a feeling that your visa officer will want to find out why she got a divorce from your brother in the first place. How long did you date her before getting married and how long ago did you get married? I believe it should be fine as long as your relationship is genuine and you are able to provide evidence for that.

HI! My sister in law married her brother in law. They are doing sponsorship right now and haven't had any problems so far. I m in the process right now of sponsorship for my husband and honestly, it's just paperwork. You dint need a lawyer. They charge soooo much and it does not speed up the process. Save yourself the money and do the paper work urself. It's pretty self explanatory and all the forms are on the cic website :)
