its not like that.. why its slower for outside USA is because of lack of information sharing... for security etc FBI share info with RCMP all the time and easily. Same goes for background check... when you are outside of North AMerican zone.. so the information gathering becomes slower..

That was a joke mate ... I'm actually amazed someone making such bold predictions when MPs in Canada can't get a file to move in IRCC.
yeaaa... btw what i am writing here is no joke.. i did write to PM office how banks treat new immigrants... and it has been forwarded to Finace ministry... yet its all red tape.. Noone in in minitry can get files moved... its a huge protocol and works under huge scrutiny...
So can i also claim the i know PM and all since they like 4 kms from house... yes i am gonna say this PM of Canada is my neighbour
Oh, yea! So basically, when I made the Application I was a resident of Delhi as well, so my Application was being processed at NDVO. Early September, I moved to Canada for my Masters. I tried to contact the NDVO many times, sent them many emails too, but the NDVO is too slow to act on these things (even my application was languishing there). Around the end of September my friend got me in touch with this person (the immigration Legal Assistant based out of Toronto), who got my file transferred from NDVO to Ottawa and I finally reached IP2 within like 7 days after my file moved to Ottawa. But this was a legit thing, coz there was an actual ground on the basis of which the file was transferred. I'm not sure how easy or what is the way to get a file transferred without an actual ground like a change of location.
that makes more sense... since this person moved to canada then yes... office will change if you have grounds like that and provide proof
Okay guys.. while it seems I'll have to wait sometime that obviously and painfully can not be predicted in any way, I've ordered GCMS notes on the 5th of the current month, expecting to receive it on the first week of November, for those who know what should I look for in those notes? what would be disturbing & what to perceive as a good sign ?
