Just saw my ecas updated a few minutes ago to "Decision Made." After clicking on "Decision Made", there is still the usual 3 line status with 3rd line reading as we "started processing on Oct. 12, 2018". Candoit, our processing times are almost the same. Yours should update soon.

My question is this - is there a chance still for secondary review at this stage? I am only asking because our stay in Canada has not been continuous with only 790 days of stay in most recent 5 years.
Finally, my application status now reads "Decision Made" with just the three lines. Wait still continues...so frustrating!!

Hi CanDoIt, once there is Decision Made, is there going to be a 4th line regarding production or mailing of card? I'm been at DM on 10/23.

Has anyone been in a situation when an application was returned for whatever reason? How long did it take for you since re-submission?

I applied for PR card renewal for my parents in mid-July and a couple of weeks ago (i.e. 3 months after) got an acknowledgment email for my mom's application (and her status is now visible online, shows Decision made - but no card received in the mail yet).

However, my dad's application came back in the mail yesterday - turns out we somehow forgot to put a date under the signature :( (stupid I know!). So they asked to send back a completed application along with their letter (that they sent with the returned application). So, now I am wondering -does my dad's application going to be in the queue for another 3 months (i.e. as if from the start) ? Or is it already considered "in process" and hopefully will not take another 3 months to complete?
I believe your dad application will be starting all over so it’s another 3 months plus. I am also waiting for them to return my husband application since I forget to send 1 document good luck.

I called call center 3 times today, couldn't be transferred to an agent due to a high volume. The automated recording said applications received after June 28, 2018 have not been processed.
My application is right on June 28th received. Still sitting on Decision made since Oct 10th and I'm see some other postings early July received their cards (Happy for you guys!) and makes me wonder.. is something wrong with my application?? What's going on??
It's impossible to understand the whole process...

You might want to try choosing the French option from the beginning. I was not transferred to an agent due to high call volume when choosing English, but was able to talk to one after choosing French option. The agent does speak English so you even if you don't know French, you just need to manage to get through the options.
